Insurance Information

At Tyler Endodontics, we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.  Please bring your insurance information with you to your appointment so that we can verify your coverage, inform you of your benefits, and process your reimbursement.

Our staff can give an estimate of what your insurance carrier will pay toward your care. Please keep in mind that there are lots of variables and we are only able to give an estimate, not an exact total.  Once treatment has been completed and your insurance pays its portion, any remaining balance of the bill is your responsibility. Likewise, in the event our estimate for your portion was overstated, our office will promptly send you a reimbursement check for the over payment.  For further questions about your insurance coverage, please call us!
